Cloud Study(8x10,oil, SOLD)
Constable would just paint pictures and studies of clouds. He was quite good at it, frankly. Just clouds. So I did the same thing. Just a study of some imagined clouds. I'm imagining a BREAK in the clouds outside, from all this dreary weather,but I digress. I will be doing more "imagined landscapes" soon. Alot of good work comes from just dreaming something up and I'll elaborate more later. You may notice I skipped a day. No biggie. I was installing a door at my mother's house and time just got away. Besides I did a nice piece that you'll see when it's dry and when it's sunny enough to photograph it.
